Tips
- Alternative to stovetop cooking is baking at 400°F for approximately 10 minutes; time will vary by oven and shrimp size.
- Compliments a serving of basmati, coconut or fried rice.
- Dish makes for a great appetizer or meal.
- Omit the lime and grind from the cooking instructions, if preparing as an appetizer create a dip by whipping together: 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped), 1 cup olive oil, 2 lime juices, 1 lime zest and salt to taste.
- Shrimp is considered pink once fully pink. It’s easy to overcook them.
