Ingredients:
- 1 14 oz Can Pineapple Chunks (in juice)
- 1 Package Kielbasa (Beef or Pork)
- 1 TBSP Pineapple Juice (from can)
- 1 TBSP Sweet Chili Sauce
- 3 TBSP Teriyaki Sauce
Instructions:
Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces, roughly 1/2 inches pieces and set aside. In a small basting bowl add and mix pineapple juice, sweet chili sauce, teriyaki sauce and set aside. Alternate kielbasa bites and pineapple chunks onto a wooden skewer. Once finished, place onto a hot grill baste with glaze opposing side, flip and baste with glaze. Serve warm.
Tips
- Makes for a great appetizer or light meal.
- Most kielbasa have been fully cooked or smoked, so this is a reheat and blend of flavors.
- Soak toothpicks or wooden skewers in tap water for approximately 20 minutes to prevent wood from burning.
- You may opt to bake at 425° for 15 – 20 minutes.
