Ingredients:
- Bacon Slices
- Balsamic Glaze
- Brown Sugar
- Cinnamon (ground)
- Olive Oil (drizzled)
- Peaches (pitted, sliced)
Instructions:
Lightly brush grill crate with oil and preheat grill.
In a small bowl add scoops of brown sugar and to taste and set aside.
Pit and slice peaches into eight slices. Cut each bacon strip in half. Gently roll each peach with half a slice of bacon, Place in the small sugar bowl and toss until coated.
Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until bacon is cooked and crispy.
Remove from grill, drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve warm.
Tips:
- Add arugula and mozzarella cheese pearls for a salad.
- A little bit of balsamic glaze goes a long way.
- Clingstone peaches are soft and sweet with a clingy skin.
- Cinnamon substitute is cloves, ginger or nutmeg.
- Freestone peaches are firm and slightly sweet.
- Peach Season is May – September.
