- 1 14 oz Bag Coleslaw Mix (3 Color Mix)
- 1 4 oz Bag Dried Cranberries
- 1 4 oz Bag Walnuts (crushed)
- 1 Bunch Green Onions (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Large Apple (chopped)
- 3/4 TSP Ground Ginger

For dressing combine ginger, honey, mayonnaise, sour cream and set aside.
For salad combine apple, coleslaw mix, cranberries, green onions and walnuts into a large bowl. Blend in dressing and serve immediately.
Tips:
- Coleslaw may last up to five days refrigerated. For best results eat immediately and do not add cup apples and dressing until ready to serve.

- Makes for a light meal or side dish.
- Minus the apple and dressing prep everything and keep them individually refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Side compliment to burgers, grilled chicken or seafood.
- Sour cream substitute is plain yogurt.
- Walnut substitutes: almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds.
