Grilled Skinless Chicken Breast

We do a lot of grilling onboard, this marinated chicken is delicious served with a Cesar Salad or main dish with sides.

Ingredients:

4 – 6 Chicken Breast

2 TBSP Dijon Mustard 

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Lemon Juice

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

1/2 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

2 TSP Garlic Powder

2 TSP Rosemary (dry)

1 TSP Salt

Instructions:

Rinse chicken breast and set aside. Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Place chicken. For best results marinate for 24 hours. Bake at 400°F for approximately 25 minutes or grill.

Tips

  • Baste the chicken regularly while cooking whether baking or grilling.
  • Leftover marinade brought to a boil stove top is a great side sauce for serving. 
  • Substitutes: Balsamic Vinegar for Any Vinegar & Dijon for Spicy Brown.
