Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 TSP Salt
  • 1 TBSP Baking Powder
  • 1 TBSP Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients set aside. Mix wet ingredients together. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Cook accordingly to your waffle iron.

Tips

  • Makes for a great breakfast or dessert.
  • Serve warm with maple syrup or cool with fresh fruit and whip cream.
  • Waffles freeze for up to 6 months.
