  • Excessive Sweating

Heat Stroke

  • Body Temperature 103°F/+
  • Confusion
  • Loss of Consciousness
  • Nausea
  • Not Sweating
  • Skin Conditions: Dry, Hot and/or Red
  • Throbbing Headache
  • Vomiting

Tips

  • Avoid Alcoholic, Caffeinated & Hot Beverages
  • Avoid Heavy Meals
  • Cold Compresses
  • Cold Shower
  • Cooling Foods to Eat: Apple, Avocado, Bananas, Berries, Celery, Cherries, Citrus Fruits, Cucumber, Grapes, Leafy Greens, Lemon, Mango, Melons, Mint, Peaches, Pineapple & Watermelon
  • Drink Water
  • Limit Outdoor Exposure
  • Limit Physical Exertion
  • Personal Stroller Fan
  • Rest
  • Seek Air Conditioning or Shade
  • Spritz with Water Bottle
  • Sunblock
  • Use a Hat
  • Wear Lightweight & Loose Clothing
