Comments: The “free wi-fi” as advertised on the website is not something supplied by the marina in providing slip holders a marina hosted unique username/password but rather known free WiFi along the Sassafras River provided from Rivernet to everyone. Therefore service becomes saturated during peak season. In 2024, we were informed, by April 1, 2025 the marina was going to have WiFi installed. Well, that never happened!
The nearly full marina as advertised on the website is not accurately representation of the volume of slip holders during our occupancy. Outdated photo.
We began to notice anything potentially concerning liability, neglect and/or sensitive topic such emails were suggested to “speak in person” otherwise email thread was left ignored.
