Comments: We completed the online form and received a instant value. Our schedule did not permit to drop off the vehicle within the 2 day valid window. We proactively had our signatures notarized with intent of only one party being present with upcoming travel plans. Upon calling the National number, this was not a issue. However, when Jacques appeared for the scheduled appointment, it was. He was told by Angie that they had to notary it and that I needed to be present. They did not renotarize the title but, did ask for both signatures on additional forms: (1) Power of Attorney (POA), (2) Replace Lost/Stolen Title, (3) Purchase Agreement, & (4) Odometer Reading.
