Nothing screams summer more than watermelon. This is easy and quick appetizer that has a laten kick.
Ingredients:
- Feta Cheese Block
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Pistachio Nuts (crushed)
- 1 Small PreCut Watermelon Package
- 4 TBSP Honey
- 2 TBSP White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
In a saucepan simmer cook Honey, Red Pepper Flakes, and White Balsamic Vinegar. Once thickened, remove from heat.
Slice Feta Cheese thin enough without it crumbling to match watermelon cubes.
Stack Watermelon, Mint, and Feta Cheese. Drizzle each with Honey mixture and top with Pistachio Nuts. Toothpick and serve immediately.
