Ops, I forgot to take a photo before serving it.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cans (12.5 oz EA) White Chunk Chicken Breast (shred apart)
- 1/4 Cup Celery (chopped)
- 3/4 Cup Craisins (chopped)
- 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion (chopped)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 2 TBSP Sour Cream
Instructions:
Drain water from the can, place in a bowl and shred. Chop ingredients as required and place in the mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve cold.
Tips:
- Add Pecans just before serving to maintain crunch.
- Great served on butter crackers, lettuce salad, or sandwich.
- Leftovers last 2 – 3 days refrigerated.
- Optional additions: Apples. Avocado, Fresh Parsley, and/or Purple Grapes.
- Prefer less creaminess, omit the Sour Cream.
- Use rotisserie chicken or leftover turkey breast.
- You may substitute the Chicken for Turkey.
- You may substitute the Pecans for Walnuts.
- You may substitute Sour Cream for Greek Yogurt.
