Bathrooms & Laundry Area are closed everyday for cleaning from 1:30PM – 4PM.
Be advised of shoaling near the mooring field and channel area.
Be aware of St Lucie River Bridge openings and scheduled closures due to train crossing.
Daily Activities: Book Club, Gentlemen’s Lunch (Thursday’s 12PM), Happy Hour on the Porch (Daily 5PM – 7PM), Ladies Lunch (Thursday’s 12PM), Mah Jongg (Wednesday’s 9:30AM), and more based on seasonal events. Biweekly gatherings too.
Marine Store is primarily branded apparel and mug stuff.
Monday – Friday marina permits vessels on the mooring balls to dock on the fuel dock for as long as needed to replenish their onboard water tanks. Not permitted to do so over the weekend. Since, mooring balls are on a first come, first serve basis recommended to leave your tender secured to the mooring ball.
Old Roosevelt (Dixie Highway) Bascule Bridge is hailed on VHF9 for openings on command.
Staying on a mooring ball for 10 days applies for a monthly rate. So, on day 11 it’s up to you whether you stay or go.
Tenders are tagged for dinghy dock permission/access. They were yellow during our stay.
The Roosevelt Bridge (US1) clearance is 65′.
There are three different mooring ball colors. Only the black mooring balls can hold a Nordhavn 47 vessel. Only 4 are available!
