Adjacent Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach – a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel property charges $50/daily for parking compared to the marinas daily fee of $15.

Blue Bahia Mar proxy cards are only valid for fitness facility, heads, pool, and showers.

Call Marina Office a day in advance for dockside pump outs.

During our stay, we were initially concerned about the charter guests and roaming the docks, but they appeared to gathered for entry/exit.

Ft Lauderdale Beach is less busy during the week.

Keycards only allow access to your specific dock. We kinda missed the walking other docks to admire vessels.

Luxury is subjective and in the eyes of the beholder, price alone does not define luxury by definition.

Meet Lyft/Uber/Taxi service at the Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach – a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel designated area. This avoids them having to pay for parking.

Our starboard security camera on Saturday, 3/14/26 at 2:52AM detected two males approaching our starboard board. Body language suggested intent to board, however, reconsidered with our motion spotlight and tracking camera deterred them (this time) while we laid peacefully sleeping onboard. One acknowledging the camera with a wave and kiss as they walked away.

Regardless, of our events their Keycard App did not work for us. So, we were offered a White Keycard ($50/Hold Fee Lost or Until Returned). Docks are locked 24/7 and only accessible via the Verkada Pass App or white proxy card.

South Basin is where the riverboat, water taxi dock, and food court is located.

The Blue Keycards do not access the marina parking lot unless Parking Pass was purchased from the marina. White keycards required with a $50 hold until returned.

Via pedestrian walkway is a stretch of the Ft Lauderdale Beach with half a mile south of Las Olas Beach.

Vendors must sign in at the Marina Office to gain access to the docks.

Brightline & Tri-Rail: Further inland is a regional high-speed and commuter rail service connecting to Miami, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. Best accessible via bus or ride-share. ($)
Broward BCycle Bike Share System: Public bike share program. ($)
Broward County Transit (Route 40): Connects A1A/Bahia Mar to downtown (Andrews Ave/Las Olas). Requires roughly 20-25 minutes ($2 – $3/PP).

LauderGO! Micro Mover: A complimentary, on-demand electric shuttle service for short, quick trips in the beach and downtown areas between 10AM – 7PM.
