Comment: According to the Kroger Representative the error message results from the inability to order from the local store with a out of state billing address.
Every time, you receive a error message at Checkout it clears everything provided. Annoying!
Within walking distance to/from Atlantic Yacht Basin (Chesapeake, VA) and supposedly delivery also available to your boat.
