Double Baking Two Different Items

One of Jacques favorite comfort food on a cold and rainy day is cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing, and pork chops.

Normally, he would grill the pork chops outside but, it’s just pouring outside and so cold that we’re staying bundled inside this time.

While we do have a large oven onboard that just seemed over kill in baking for two. So I cleverly used a metal cooling rack to stack two 9″ square baking dish for double baking. The large oven is also bakeware storage when items aren’t being used.

Worked like a charm!
