Asian Ginger
Ingredients:
- 2 Butter Sticks (softened)
- 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 4 Scallions (finely chopped)
- 1 TBSP Sesame Oil
- 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1/2 TSP Ginger (grated)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Generously rub turkey.
Herb
Ingredients:
- 2 Butter Sticks (softened)
- 2 TBSP Parsley (chopped)
- 1 TBSP Sage (dried)
- 1 TBSP Thyme (dried)
- 1/8 TSP Cloves (ground)
- 1/4 TSP Paprika
- 1 TSP Pepper

Honey Mustard
Ingredients
- 2 Butter Sticks (softened)
- 3 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 2 TBSP Honey
- 3 TBSP Spicy Brown Mustard

Mix all ingredients together. Generously rub turkey.
Maple
Ingredients
- 2 Butter Sticks (softened)
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Generously rub turkey.
Paprika
Ingredients
- 2 Butter Sticks (softened)
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 2 TBSP Coriander Seeds (chopped, crushed)
- 2 TSP Cumin Seeds
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Generously rub turkey.
Rosemary
Ingredients
- 2 Butter Sticks (softened)
- 5 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 TBSP Rosemary (finely chopped)
- 2 TSP Fennel Seeds
- 1 TSP Lemon Zest
- 1/2 TSP Pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Generously rub turkey.
Tips
- Add salt to your taste.
- Food processor or hand mixer works best for blending ingredients together.
- Don’t forget to get some butter rub under the skin as well for flavor and crispy skin.
- Reserve a few tablespoons of infused butter for your homemade gravy.
- Rest turkey for a minimum of 30 minutes at room temperature before cooking.
- Rub the infused butter all over the turkey and refrigerate for at least one hour before cooking.
- Rinse wet brine from turkey and pat dry before buttering and cooking.
- Unsalted butter works well.
