Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Breast (cooked, cubed)
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots & Peas (frozen)
  • 1/2 Cup Corn (frozen)
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 10.5 oz Cream Chicken Soup
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 Stovetop Stuffing Box
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Onion Powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare box stuffing according to instructions. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl add chicken broth, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, milk, onion powder, and vegetables. Stir well and set aside.

Grease baking dish. Pour chicken mixture in and top with stuffing. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.

Tips:

  • Fits in a 9×9 baking dish.
  • Great recipe with leftover rotisserie or grilled chicken. 
  • Leftovers last up to 3 months in the freezer.
  • Leftovers last 3 – 4 days refrigerated.
  • Substitute chicken for turkey.
