Onboard space is always considered prime real estate, dually important is functionality and multipurpose use. Fortunately, we tend to grill a lot and use our electrical cooking devices opposed to our propane stove. Since we both enjoy cooking together, we needed more counter space and wished to move our electrical cooking devices directly below our conventional oven, microwave and vent. Therefore, we set out on a mission for a custom butcher stove top.
