Nice to have a hot breakfast for change on departure day. Given our later departure to time Hells Gate.
After breakfast, Jacques went to the engine room/lazarette to service our water maker onboard. Ring required.
Moored interesting to see a barge carrying pole pass by us.
Why do sailing vessels always have a sense of entitled even motor powered as M/C Better Together as the overtaking vessel cuts in front of our bow instead on our stern?!?!
The craze has commenced exiting Port Washington, NY with M/V Speedy Turtle passing us on our port side right before our green marker sharp turn to port.
Shout out to mega yacht, M/V Encore (Horizon brand) for not only a hail but a slow pass on the East River, NY.
S/C Bliss just cut across our bow to our starboard to raise his sail. WTF!
Lordy, S/V Ceyenne not under sail is tacking from one side of the channel to the other. The risk he takes is insane!
