Limber de Coco (Coconut Ice Recipe)

Onboard you’ll always find some Limber de Coco. It’s refreshing on a hot summer day, 


  • 1 Can of Coconut Milk (13 1/2 oz)
  • 1 Can of Cream of Coconut (8 1/2 oz)
  • 1 Cup of Half & Half
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1/4 TSP Pure Vanilla Extract

Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a ice cube tray, freeze pop or 5 oz plastic cups.


  • Add 1/2 TSP of Coconut Extract for a stronger flavor.
  • Fresh coconut shaving adds texture.
  • Freeze overnight.
