Onboard you’ll always find some Limber de Coco. It’s refreshing on a hot summer day,
Ingredients:
- 1 Can of Coconut Milk (13 1/2 oz)
- 1 Can of Cream of Coconut (8 1/2 oz)
- 1 Cup of Half & Half
- 1/2 Cup of Water
- 1/4 TSP Pure Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a ice cube tray, freeze pop or 5 oz plastic cups.
Tips
- Add 1/2 TSP of Coconut Extract for a stronger flavor.
- Fresh coconut shaving adds texture.
