- Departure day!
- Normally, with the currents and tides our alarm clock is set. However, this morning, it was nice to organically awake. Waiting for slack tide was like watching paint dry (LOL).
- Such a nice and uneventful cruise along the C&D Canal.
- Used to longer cruising days just as I was going to prepare lunch for Jacques, we were due to arrive within 15 minutes. Served him lunch shortly after setting the anchor alarm.
- Anchorage sway had Jacques retreating for a nap. We do love this anchorage.
- Lots of commercial traffic today. Didn’t realize that commercial traffic is required to report (on VHF) when they entered and exited the canal with two hour notice.
