Our Pending Dockwa REZ credit card was charged ($500/+) during the interim of our approval on the Tide’s Bulkhead area as the marina was full. We declined and requested a refund. It’s a flat wall exposed to wake, wind exposure, and limited privacy from public parking However, when a T Head slip became available, kudos to the marina staff for calling us about it’s availability as we had already moved on and booked elsewhere.
