Departure: Plymouth Town Wharf & Moorings (Plymouth, MA) Mooring Ball#H1
Special Comments:
- Departure Day!
- Jacques detached the mooring ball lines. He’s spoiling me!
- For whatever reason, we were both exhausted yesterday upon arrival and retired early. Finally got around to cutting up our fresh strawberries while underway.
- EBS miscalculated so we’re in the Cape Cod Canal against the current. Regardless, we really didn’t have a choice. Our speed around 5KN and 12KN winds against us feeling more like 16KN.
- Surprising the number of folks fishing from the rocks and walking the trail along the Cape Cod Canal.
- Southwest of Nantucket is 72′ steel trawler on fire according to the Coast Guard sécurité, sécurité, sécurité announcements.
- Approach the Cape Cod Canal exit the wind has picked up to 19KN but feels more like 27KN. Earlier I had to hold my phone with two hands whenever outside taking photos or videos, even then it felt like it was going to blow out of my hands.
Arrival: Cuttyhunk, MA
Next Stop: Unknown? (Thursday, 9/17/26)
