Comments: Arrived with a medical emergency and the staff was fantastic to deal with and helpful upon arrival and during the process.

Associated with the complimentary Ocean Havens Loyalty Program which offers discounts (dockage, fuel, merchandise, restaurants), perks (complimentary water taxi, express checkout, late checkout, priority reservations) and rewards from select partnered marinas. Enrollment is FREE but does require a home port to be listed for eligibilty.

Boston Yacht Haven Marina (Boston, MA) parking lot is restricted to Inn overnight guests. A short 15 minute drop off/pick up is permitted. Parking on Commercial Wharf is managed by the Commercial Wharf Condo Association (CWECA). The association only permits them to keep 5 vehicles for longer than 15 minute parking. Go to nearby Lewis Wharf or Sargent’s Wharf area for hourly and overnight parking.

Discount to their boutique Inn guest rooms.

Disposal of batteries, hazardous waste, and oil can be coordinated with the office via Harbor Energy Bucks (Boston, MA).

Gym is located on the left side.

Holiday Rate Up Charge: Add $2/ft for July 4th holiday dates and September Labor Day holiday dates and add $5/ft for Sail Boston Tall Ships dates.

In Slip Pump Out Services requires at least 24 hour advance notice.

Laundry and locker are facility are on the south side of the building.

Marina winterization concludes pump out and water services.
