A unexpected relocation from Sag Harbor Launch, Moorings & Services (Sag Harbor, NY) following our personal moored experience there.
By the outer harbor mooring field area we noticed a floating dock. Nothing charted nor markings, anchored far enough away, we later learned it’s a floating dock for seaplanes to drop off and pick up passengers. We saw two different ones land and take off before darkness set in.
On the east end of the Break Wall where the Outer Mooring Field.
Sufficient for a overnight stay but, not much longer.
