Many Nordhavn owners have recommended this place, so we stopped to have James T provide a quote on our southbound cruise for several projects to be done over the Fall ’26 before our extended southbound trip. Made aware that how far our northbound trip would be was contingent in both parties coordinating schedules. We would remain as flexible as possible.

Upon our arrival on Wednesday, 5/13/26 we attempted to get a appointment with James T to review our project request. Denied and told to call in the morning. On Thursday, 5/14/26 we called multiple times and he didn’t answer nor return calls. Walked to the office, Receptionist didn’t know about his whereabouts. Left a voicemail, that we stopped here in hopes of getting a quote and coordinating repair work in the Fall southbound trip. We’ll never know if he would have actually called back as Jacques bumped into him along the grounds which eventually led him to stop over. Did arrive with paper and took notes.

Quote Scope of Request:

  • Carpentry Work
  • Fiberglass Work
  • Wax & Buff

We felt there was both interest and scope of work was within their wheelhouse of expertise. Asked for a few weeks to follow up with a quote, to which was agreed upon. After the weeks based again without a call, email, or voicemail response a email was sent on Friday, 6/26/26 however to include the General Manager, Brenda W.

On Tuesday, 6/30/26 we did receive a call from General Manager, Brenda W. Apologetic and assuring that James would follow up with a quote shortly as their booking fall work now.

To date, as of Friday, 7/10/26 (57 days later) we still have not received a call, email or quote from James T, Yard Manager/Head of Service Operations thereby reflecting the low star rating. Justifiably, from our perspective if it’s this impossible to obtain a written quote then we can’t phantom getting scheduled or work getting completed.
